Tuna patty


  • Dough for patty
  • 2 cans of white tuna in olive oil
  • 3 peppers (red, green and yellow)
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Sweet paprika
  • White wine
  • Olive oil
  • One egg (optional)


To prepare the filling, put a pan of olive oil in a pan and pass the ripe tomato, onion and the three peppers cut into thin strips. When they are half done, add the paprika, bay leaf and a little white wine.

Remove from heat, let cool and add the white tuna in olive oil, which you previously drained and flaked.

Fill the dough of the patty with the mixture of the stew. We fold in the middle, so that the mass is closed in the form of a half moon, and seal the edges with a fork. We varnish with the egg and bake 15 minutes approximately.

Another option is to dispense with the egg and fry the patty in oil. In this case, once fried, we drain them with absorbent kitchen paper.
