Only you need 200gr of flour, 100 ml of warm water, 1 spoon of olive oil, 7.5 gr of yeast, and salt.
In a big bowl, put the olive oil, the warm water, the active yeast and mix the ingredients. Then, add the flour, the salt and mix.
Sprinkle some flour on the worktop and knead four or five minutes. Next, the pizza dought has to rest during one hour before stretch it.
First, preheat the oven to 220º C, chop the onion and fry it with the peeled tomatoes in a fry pan. When the liquid was evaporated, let it cold down.
Secondly, open and drain the mussels in pickled sauce and the yellowfin tuna belly fillets in olive oil. Then cut the yellowfin tuna belly fillets and the anchovies.
Thirdly, smear with olive oil the oven plate and put inside the stretched pizza dought. Later, add the mussels in pickled sauce, the yellowfin tuna belly, the anchovies and the shrimps.
Finally, sprinkle some parsley, black pepper, salt and olive oil. Introduce the pizza in the oven and wait 10 minutes.
